Processing:

• Each item is lovingly handmade, so please allow for 1-2 days of processing time.

Local Delivery:

• If you live in one of the following zipcodes, then you qualify for free delivery: 38138, 38111, 38112, 38117, 38125, 38120, and 38139.

Shipping:

• Free shipping is available on orders above $40.

• Shipping rates for orders <$40 are calculated by USPS, but I also occasionally ship via UPS and FedEx.

• Shipping typically takes 3-5 days, but can take longer due to delays beyond our control. 

• An email confirmation will be sent after I purchase the shipping slip that includes the tracking number. 

• Shipping labels are made using the address exactly as it is entered on your order. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before checking out. If you notice that your address is incorrect, please Contact Me immediately. I can change the address within 12 hours. 

• If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of your purchase date, please Contact Me. I will try my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
